AUTOCAD - .PNG to .DWF

I have projects in .PNG and I need that the plants sent contain all the measures and standards described below. Check attached images!! The standard specifications are, briefly: 1) dwf file format 2) Designs in print area 3) Location tied in the lower right corner 4) 1:10 scale or equivalent LOCATION AND SCALE The lower right corner of the drawing sheet should be placed in the lower right corner of the print area (white rectangle), leaving a space reserved for the seal 17.5cm wide by 7.8cm high, 1cm away from the edge. Formats established in the NBR standard - 10068/1987 (A0, A1, A2 etc), for which they are available some drawing sheet templates. Checking: a) If the file opens and is readable (line weights, texts, colors and hatches) b) If the contents are in a printable area (white rectangle on gray background) c) If the sheet design is tied in the lower right corner of the print area e) If the sheet scale is 1:10 or similar (click with the button right and then on Units and 2D Scale) d) If the space for the seal is with 17.5 cm of width by 7.8cm high, 1cm away from the edge (Length tool or similar) The rooms must be renamed in Portuguese. All walls must contain measurements. Total area must be included in the project. Measure of the lowest ground floor or basement and the highest floor (meters) At for graphic parts (DWF) must be recorded separately, only one sheet by file.
