Do architectural Markups on drawings

Do redline markups for this house [login to view URL] the proposed Basement, 1, 2, 3 ,floor plans.(The basement DWG file is named Tol-PRP-PLN-0BMT [TOL(name of customer)-PRP(proposed)-PLN(plan)-0BMT(basement) . First floor plan is like basement DWG but ends in 1st (for first). Second ends in 2nd [login to view URL] markups are done on these [login to view URL] up each of these DWG's and do the work there. The best way to understand our system is put all DWG's in the same folder and to open up the [login to view URL] All of the other DWG's are come together in the SHEETS files. they are xrefrenced into the sheets. When you reload xrefs and click the tabs for each floor, the sheets magically show up there. The SHEETS 3-X are for the floor plan construction drawings and the The SHEETS-MEP are for electrical. The sheets look like IMG files I took pictures of before i Put red marks on them. Even through you see the full plan in SHEETS, never the less, all the markups are done on Tol-PRP-PLN-0BMT,...1st,...2nd and ...3rd. One last thing, the XPL are existing parts of the renovation that remains and is un-renovated this will make sense when you open the tabs in sheets.
