Convert, Edit, & Label Audio File

I have a set of Classical music files that I wish to have Converted, Edited, and Labeled. This three part process consists of the following: 1- Convert - Some of the files are in FLAC, WMV, .APE I want ALL the files to be converted to MP3. 2- Edited - Sometimes the original FLAC, WMV, or APE files consist of the entire CD of music on one file. I want my classical music SPLIT BY TRACKS. (ex. one FLAC file will be split into 15 mp3 tracks). I will provide you with the track list and times for the splits. 3- Label - once the audio files are converted and split they must be given a track number, and file name (the name of the song or peace) and placed within the correct album folder. I will provide all the track names for each album. I am looking for the person who can provide the best quality work, the most efficient delivery times, at the fairest price. Much of the work is automated if using the correct software. To the person who delivers well there is much opportunity for more work. I am willing to pay per album edited but am open to suggestion for payment scale.
