JIRA Admin for integrating and setup existing Plugins and Tools for better reporting

We are looking for someone to help us setup Jira with existing off-the-shelf plugins and tools for better reporting and management. Key areas we need assistance with for Jira administration: - Support JIRA administration, including creation and management of custom, workflows, security schemes, dashboards, and reports configurations. - Install, setup, manage, and administer Jira add-ons, plugins, and extensions for the following requirements. These tools should only be available to upper management for review. The purpose of implementing Jira add-ons, plugins and extensions is to drive the following key outcomes we are looking to achieve: - Project estimations (if there are any plugins, or else looking for an excel Macro) - Project kick-off (Gantt chart and Jira) Status - Gantt Chart - Daily/project/meeting reporting - Automated DSM emails to client - Project tracking to upper management - Reporting to management on project delivery status - MoM on calls. - Change management register - Need to manage change request requirements - Resource allocation and management - Need to allocate shared resource from one project to others on a daily basis - Billing process that could trigger invoicing to Client (optional) - Assist in User (Client) and system management. Grant permissions in accordance with the role given by the company.
