One to one chat feature for users in ASP.net mvc web application using entity framework

I have an asp.net mvc website developed and now I want chat feature between users. It's an ecommerce website where there are workers and customers.
- Once an order is picked, there should be a button in dashboard (created already) to chat with worker and customer.
- An admin can moderate all chats between users on the site and enter any chat, as well as remove workers from the chat.
- Chat should be saved with timestamps in MSSQL database, and should use entity framework code first to be consistent with the entire website.
- chat should be closed once an order has been completed.
