419714 Need ASP.NET Form 2

I apologize for that. - Please check attachments for the form layout and required control buttons and the database tables with the required fields Current Project Problem: We have a website built with Asp.net 3.5 and MS SQL server 2008. We have a form that is built which extracts and updates data from the database but giving us errors. So we need you to build dynamic form for us in ASP.NET which has an ability to interact with the database. Project Description: The form contains information from four seperate tables which are export declaration, shipper, consignee and vehicle. Agent needs to fill the orders for shipping products from shippers(exporter) to the consignee(customers). The form needs to have export declaration information. Once the agent fills and adds the export declaration information part of the form, shipper information part becomes enabled. When the agent fills and adds the shipper information, the consignee information part becomes enabled on the form. When the consignee information part is filled and added, the vehicle information part becomes enabled. And finally when the agent fills and adds the vehicle information, the order table gets updated at the backend with the following fields from the above form; OrderID, bookingNumber, shipperID, consigneeID, VIN. On one booking number, there can be one or more shippers, one or more consignee for that shipper and one or more vehicle for that shipper and consignee (Please ask if you did not get the relationship between the different tables). Then we should be able to view the results. We should be able to add more shippers or vehicles or consignees to the Booking number. Please refer the attachment for more details. Form Details: Database Information:Name of Database:GSC The database consists of the following tables: Shipper, Consignee, Export Declaration, Vehicle, and Order. We will attach the database tables with the field description as an excel or word document. The each four parts of the form needs to have add, delete, edit,New (to create new entries in database), find functionality. To find export information from the export declaration database, it should be based on the bookingNumber; shipper based on shipperID or shipperName;consignee based on consigneeID and ConsigneeName; vehicle based on VIN or Title#. Note: 1. In the Export declaration part of the form, if we select Yes for containerized field then container number field should become visible or otherwise it remains hidden. 2. Also, the primary keys of all the tables should be auto generated and should able to contain alpha-numeric contents. 3. Add a Print button at the top right or top left of the page or whichever looks good.
