Multilingüal real-state search site with search criteria adapted to Russian customers

For a small start-up company, we require a website made in C# and ASP. NET with NET Framework and straightforward front end with some jQuery (you can use a template). - The database will be SQLServer and a data model (a sample can be provided, but it needs correction) must be carefully designed in order to meet - the Russian/Ukrainian style of advertising (i.e. sq meters, rent by days or long-term, number of rooms, in-walk rooms, toilet divided or together, materials of the building -brick, concrete, other-, location characteristics ("on the beach", "in the city center", "near shops", etc)). - The site must foresee that it will be translated with the multilingual posibilities of ASP.NET, initially it must be in English, but if you can develop it originally only Russian with translation option, that will also be fine. - The site must be able to place each real-state object on a map of Spain which needs to be accessed via API. - The site will display pictures, but these can be stored outside the database. Icon or reduzed version of the pictures can be used for the map pop-up. - The main screen will show a search criteria list on the left with common option for the Spanish market (if you want, you can check [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] for reference). - A REST API must be provided with the functions of adding, editing or consulting real-state objects from the database. Focus is ON BACK-END. Front-end must be functional, but no need for graphic design. - The site will offer "share" buttons for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. - Clear code, KISS principle, please comment obscure calls or regex, this is a simple CRUD application. This project is a prototype and it will be developed further. Freelancers from Ukraine and Russia are encouraged to apply, but other nationalities are not excluded.
