ASP.NET (VB) Web App to Configure IIS & DNS Records.

We need some web page code to be able to Add and Configure websites @ runtime through IIS. Add Website in IIS. Add DNS Records (cname, a mail etc) Configure 404 properties for site, set permissions on folders/users. Copy files from template folder to new website folder. Set FTP Permissions. Need edit pages to modify the above as well. So we need the following pages. Add/Edit Website IIS Properties. (only real basic things, such as user etc) >> Configure 404 Properties >> App Pool etc. Add/Edit Windows DNS settings.
