ASP .Net Ticketing System Update/Refresh

1) Update templates and look refreshed. ( responsive fast template, buttons, dropdowns , everything ... ) 2) Design develop 2 new submission forms types (will provide details) 3) admin page for settings: email, database (sql , MS Access - needs to be created) . 3a) Notification option right now its submitter/analyst ... we need notification based on Departments picked on the form. When a user submits the ticket picks "Department" then all Analysts/admins in that dept will be notified (email) . 3b) filter and sort by type of tickets and users and items we will discuss 3c) additional logging / currently built-in expanded to include to dump into SQL table or flat file. 3d) some type of notification popups for status 3e) Main page can have your tickets and status custom request list for user (approvals, submissions, pending ... ) 4) VB.net for all of it 5) all components liceses provided along with full Visual Studio files 6) strech goal auto generating new "forms" so in admin section you design form and it creates sql code and executes to create fields needed on back end. This is then added as drop down as a new form. p.s. will provide more detail for each iteam above and explain. Everything must be debugged and be working in windows enviroment with current process to login with windows id.
