Structured 15 minute sales script for recorded site audit for SEO services

I have a SEO company and I am getting multiple leads. At current we want to send our leads a 20 minute audit of there website and the potential available if we can rank there website for specific key word or key words. We need someone to build some SOP's for this live video recording. + a live version of the recording that we can use as a training example. At the end of the presentation we also want a power point that the sales rep can finish on with interchangeable value from the audit they just did of the site and there competitors including the opportunity available. SOP's need to include a step by step minute by minute explanation of what to do including : - Top three competitors + what the competitors are ranking for and why + how the competitors have done that ( key words, back links etc.) + Any other competitor analysis - A audit of the business site going over key factors that make a website rank - A audit of key words worth ranking for ( can be taken from competitive analysis) - Include a power point presentation on the benefits of doing SEO with inclusions of the key word worth ranking for e.g. key word x,y,z get's 1000 searches per month and if you get and average industry rate conversion in emails and close 10% you will get an extra 30 jobs per months. Increasing your revenue by $x,y,z Obviously within the power point there will need to be blanks so the sales rep can fill in the area appropriately. Applicant must have experience in SEO and sales experience within selling SEO.
