Simple Abqus tutorial for acedamic exercise only

There are two parameters this are:

[1] The First parameter Steel Q235 Concrete 30 with three cases :Single cell, Double cell and Quadruple cell

Material property of Steel Q235: 4mm, Shell, material behavior: Density, Elastic and plastic

Material property of Concrete: C30, Solid, Material behavior: Density, Elastic and Concrete damaged plasticity

[2] The Second parameter Steel Q345 Concrete C40 with three cases :Single cell, Double cell and Quadruple cell

Material property of Steel Q345: 6mm, Shell, material behavior: Density, Elastic and plastic

Material property of Concrete: C40, Solid, Material behavior: Density, Elastic and Concrete damaged plasticity

To design the Concrete you need to do non linear analysis using the linear result to when you do the linear you just need the first three Eigenvalues and use that at the approximate load as in add to the non linear Imperfection Step.

You just need to choose what you want in history output so its still 6 cases.

So based on the eigenvalue you are going to design the column. Buckling load will be base fixed top hinged.

[A] Only Simulation: Budget is 600 max.

[B] Simulation + report writing: Budget is 1000 max.
