I need project-based freelancers interpreters, voice talents, curriculum development, localizers, language/cultural trainers in Russia

We need the localizers and proof readers for different business needs for the project starting in September in different Russian cities. The curriculum developers need to create the material of teaching Russian as a second language, and culture training on the Russian culture for foreigners; main aspects a foreigner need to know about Russia. That's why they need to be natives. In case of the culture training, the same person can do both jobs, if he is a native of the assigned country. The voice talents can be fluent in either Russian or English, both languages are not necessary. The interpreters should be fluent in Russian, and English, any third language is a plus and beneficial for us Note: One person can do two jobs if this person has an experience of 2 years and certified. We need freelancers, project-based freelancers, for a year, and we can renew or cancel the contract according to the employee's or our feedback.
