Executive Assistant

This role will suit a someone that needs to work around school hours.

One to three days a week. Two to six hours a day.

Competitive daily rate.

Sydney, Inner West or near St Leonards (but work from home the majority of the time).

Immediate start. You will be supporting the Managing Director of a Small Security Company based at St Leonard's.

The role will include:

 General personal support.

 Assisting with putting tenders together.

 Maintaining a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).

 Marketing and customers management activities.

 Assisting with the preparation of materials and documents.

 Proofreading and copywriting.

 Liaising with government agencies.

 Organising events.

 Setting up consultants and contracts administration.

 Assisting with entering data systems.

 Other Ad-hoc tasks as required.

About you:

 Must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undergo police background check (due to the sensitive nature of the information handled).

 Must have had previous experience as a Personal Assistant and references.

 High-level attention to detail/highly organised.

 High-level skills with MS Word and MS Excel and the use of social media platforms.

 Able to work independently on tasks with minimal instruction.

 Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

 Must be able to hit the ground running.

 Ability to interact with people at all levels and have strong stakeholder management skills.

 A multi-tasker with the ability to 'think on their feet'.

 Highly flexible.
