In electronic I'm capable of designing electronic circuits with microcontrollers, design PCBs. Programming microcontrollers. The microcontrollers I'm familiar with are Atmel and Microchip. Arduino also based on Atmel microcontrollers. Also I'm capable of programming Raspberry Pi boards using either Python or C. Also developing GUI programs using Python for Raspberry Pi. In computer I could program using Vb.Net language. I have read your project description. And I have few guestions. You want phone application done by me ? Should it be done for Android ? Do you wanted to make a PCB prototype ? Do you have hardware, dosing pump connceted stepper motor ? Could I know the model numbers and pictures too ? Hi, definitely more details are needed, IE if you use a peristaltic pump or a screw pump and so on. However if an interface that does not require to download apps on your phone/tablet because is written in HTML5 and runs in a browser I think I have the solution. Please beware that due to the limitation of HTML5 and because you've to warrant portability between browsers and OSes. Needless to say cost of PCBs, components and deliver have to be discussed.
