Any Attorney who is familiar with court procedual

I need an attorney to go with me to Superior Court for approx. 1 hour of your time. I have the

issues that I will present to the Judge for a CR 60 on the Grounds of Fraud.

I had a paralegal write up the case and I have an expert to back up the fraud. Just need to pay

an attorney to help with the procedural stuff in the court room. Will pay $500.00 for the hour.

No work necessary, You can just read the case and I have power of attorney over my mother who is disabled, so I will represent her at the hearing.

We are trying to get a new trial on the bases of a CR 60 motion this was advised by a former Supreme court justice judge of 20 years. If we do no get the CR 60, we still can appeal this

case.
