Angular JS rendering help needed

Our website is developed in Angular.js along with SSR Implementation. The main problem is with the seo of the website. Initially the sitemap file generates only 7 main URLS. We found an issue in SSR i.e. when we load a page its data is not getting rendered in source code. So we have made some changes in code like we have created a resolver file and component for those routes(URLs) in which we were facing SSR issue. Now after making these new changes, the data of all pages started getting rendered in source code. We again tested the sitemap file and this time we got 25 URLs in search but still there are many other URLs that are not present in search result. Google's Indexing:- We have tested URLs on google search console but its showing URL not found on google but if when we do Live Test its showing URL is on Google.
