Angular 7 (frontend) bugs / fixes in a streaming site. (repost)

Angular 7 frontend: 1) fix issue / problem with accepting Paypal / Stripe payments. Getting redirected back to the Homepage when using Paypal and getting "The subscription id is required. The coupons code is incorrect" error message. 2) make the sign in / register pages look professional, they look old. Two seperate pages where a modern modal can be used on one page instead. 3) make the site better responsive, either upgrading or install Bootstrap 4. Parts of the screen to not display properly on different screen size, for example: a 12" iPad Pro. 4) the top of the Subscriber dashboard (3rd page after sign in) should be a slider. It is no longer working. What Movie Banner is displayed in the Slider is set at the bottom of the Video Upload / Video Edit page in the backend Laravel Admin Dashboard. 5) the number of views (watch_count in the DB) is not working, all the Movies have 0 views. Add the watch_count field to the View Video / Edit Video pages in the Admin Dashboard. 6) the Spam list isn't working properly: once a Subscriber adds a video to their Spam list, there is no way to remove it ... the Subscriber can not view their Spam list and the Admin can only view the Video's spam list ... there is no way for the Subscriber to: view their Spam list or remove a video from their spam list ... there is no way for the Admin to remove it either. 7) on the Subscriber's Dashboard (3rd page after signin) there are no "Continue Watching" Videos, there are no "Watch Again" Videos and there are no "Recommended" Videos 8) the Footer links are useless ... the links display the Pages from the backend which is fine for the "Info" Pages, but, the Contact link is useless because it just displays the Page from the backend, no form. And the Footer design is bad / poor. 9) redesign and fix the Your Account pages: 1) the Payment History gets "No Rsults found" when there are no pay-per-view payments, but there are subscription payments. 2) there No Help Center link / pages. 10) click on the My List menu: there is a Load More button showing even when there is no Video in the My List. 11) click on the Channels menu ... the page needs a new design 12) click on the Movie menu ... it takes too long to build the page ... needs to be "lazy loaded" so it comes up faster. a) the number of posters in the slider is set in the code ... so to change it, a build has to be done ... want to set or change a parameter list without doing a rebuild b) the left "previous" arrow in the slider is partially hidden by a Movie Poster, also I do not like the previous / next arrows used c) the See More button is too big ... should be left justified to the Genres / Category label or name. 13) clicking on the Play icons, opens in the parent window, but: a) the header, back button and footer flash (briefly) shows on the page / screen b) takes forever to load/play the video, sometime you have to double click to get the video to play c) when you move the mouse, the Logo and bottom controls come up, but, there is no Back button and when you run the mouse over the back button, a description should come up. 14) Subscribers aren't able to change their password: getting "Confirm password does not match" error. 15) Fix or make suggestions about ANY errors / bugs / issues that you may find (are not listed) while working on the above tasks.. Do you have a good idea what needs to be done on the 7 frontend, do you have any questions? If you can, give me a timeframe to get these tasks to be done. Developer MUST know Angaulr and Laravel and a good knowledge of VueJS is a plus.
