Simple Firebase Android skeleton app

I want a simple Android application project that I can open up in Android Studio and flesh out some more on my own. The requirements for this project are 1. It should be based on Kotlin and use Firebase for authentication and user management 2. The authentication should allow for both Google and email sign-ins 3. After the login screen, the user should be taken to a simple list view that is populated by a simple rest call. Please provide a well-documented example of performing a basic REST call from the Android application to an application hosted in the Google App Engine. The assumption here is that the backend application is also using Firebase authentication 4. The list view should allow clicking into a detail view for a given list item. This detailed view should also trigger another REST call to the backend application hosted in Firebase Bonus points if: 1. your backend example is a golang application 2. you include a full CRUD example for working with list items 3. you include documentation on how I should configure my local environment to extend this application 4. you include documentation deploy this application on Firebase Please provide an itemized list of deliverables and how much time and effort you think each requirement will take. Feel free to ping me if any item needs more clarification. I am also willing to pay a bounty if you find a pre-packaged solution that fits these needs better.
