Summary A mobile web application for more than 200+ agents doing survey for a [login to view URL] registered and active agents will have access to search for a client, display the information for that client and complete the survey. The clients information will be uploaded periodically in the application database using csv format using the Admin console . The information entered must be saved in a database back end with reporting and history options. This application should allow to have the itineraries of each Field Interviewer from the GPS which will be configured on his Android tablet. -Responsive Web app "Data Entry,survey" ,Android app (Work Offline)+ Hosting (3 years) : -Login -Search Customer by name,dropdown,etc.. -Data Entry -Report -Admin (backend) -Gps localisation -The web applications should be well designed and allow 200+ agents to do research and insert,update survey result without delay or concurrency. -Features Expected : *Admin console to manage users (create,delete,update) *Administrator should be able to upload data in the masters tables using csv files. *Administrator should be able to -Add New Columns to Survey -create new form (survey) *Admin Console page should provide : -Survey Statistics and reports -Instant monitoring of the agents that are online -Gps Location of the agents -Send Message to agents that are online *Each completed Survey should register instantly the GPS location of that agent using the tablet localisation. *The web app should support screen size as low as 7 inches (Responsive) *Multi language (Creole,francais,English) *Final project : Design,development ,hosting for 3 years: -Android app (front end) - Web app (front End, Admin Panel) *The source codes and access to hosting provider should be given to us after completion and deployment of the project. * The android app should be able to save the data collection in offline mode and sync with online database once internet connection is restored. We want the web application to feel like the native app running on the tablet with well custom buttons to facilitate the job of the agents.
