Need android application to generate fingerprint image from Android Camera (Need OpenCV expert for android development)

Hi, Here I am looking for a person who can do challenging work in a short time. I need an Android app demo similar to this app: [login to view URL] I just need the main feature of the above-mentioned app as demo android app. That is, how that app captures an image of the finger and generates the fingerprint from it. FYI, I found that it can be achieved by OpenCV library with some image processing on it. But I need some expert who can do this quickly for me. Before awarding this order, I will do send you my figure image from which you need to generate the fingerprint image. Also, you need to show me that you have made it by Android Application. Please mentioned I am an expert in OpenCV before writing a proposal. Whenever we did with this order, I will need source code as well for this demo. Feel free to ask questions if you have any.
