LED Radar Speed Sign

Wanting - Server software platform APP for LED Radar Speed Camera Sign, using Raspberry Pi hardware, with interfaced hardware (USB camera, Radar Sensor, LED Sign Controller, 4G Modem). App to be written in ARCH LINUX, with a number of GUI features.

The idea of the LED Radar Speed Camera Sign, is to display approaching vehicle speed to driver in green colour LED, with over speed vehicles speed displayed in red colour. The USB camera will be used to take a picture of the over speed vehicles, and stored in a log with time stamp.

The admin user of the LED Radar Speed Camera Sign, will have remote access to the device, via a browser, accessing the built-in server which obtains internet connection via the 4G modem. The admin user will have the ability to access the over speed vehicle log, and have ability to change system settings.

We have mocked up a GUI layout using [login to view URL], and we can provide access to freelancers that are interested in this project.

We have DLL files for the LED Controller, but these will have to be converter to LINUX.

The successful Freelancer will have remote access to our network, for deployment and testing of the integrated hardware connected to the Raspberry Pi. A remote camera is also setup, so that you can visually see the results of tests performed.

We look forward to building a long term relationship with the chosen Freelancer, as in the future we want to add further features to the APP, such as - number plate recognition.
