Help with Android Build (APK) -- 2

I have a PWA that is working and visible online: http://myapp.caninecadi.com. I have not been able to complete a build of the app since the Google Firebase update on June 17th.
Before the update below we had built about 100 APKs with our same code and did not have any issues.

I need someone who is adept at troubleshooting this type of issue to tell my team what we need to do to fix this issue.
Because time is critical, I am looking for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and quick set up of IONIC platform so they can evaluate. There is a full READ ME file attached to source code which will assist you.
