I would like a web form it designed and built. it should capture member IDs of all those that attend daily sessions. 5 sessions every day, 24/7, 365. each person has an ID, this is then entered in to the form and total count is shown. if anyone doesn't have an ID, there name and contact number is recorded and a new ID number allocated to attendee. form should show how many have attened session, and how many spaces remaining. if someone doesn't know ID, this should be able to he found by searching first name or surname.
