Build a dating app in Android with Admin panel

Hey, We are in a plan to build a dating app with all the necessary features. Chat, notification, payment, bot/fake user configuration with admin panel. We will provide the design for android and admin panel we already coded almost 80%. If it has any issue you need to fix it yourself, we cant go to the designer again. It's for helping the developer, don't add the cost for designing UI/UX. Since its a big project we are looking for a company people to work on this project, we won't award to the individual freelancer, don't waste your bid. We are from Tamilnadu, India. If we find anyone near us that will be preferable. And if you already have experience of dating app development place your bid with the sample app. And we are looking to work in the long term like phase2, 3, and IOS support in the future. The project needs to start immediately. And we need a group of people to work on this project, we will give the requirement alone we won't handle your employee and we won't act like QA. You need to provide a project manager, developer, and QA. And we need it in urgent 30days. Note: We also have a development team. All DB design, algorithm, the architecture will need to be approved by us before proceeding. We mentioned most of the points in pdf in case if we miss anything we need to add in the project, at that time don't blame me like these points are not in pdf, we won't do without adding a cost like that. And project manager needs to give some suggestions or if any module needs some more improvements we need to know that, without understanding the project properly don't do anything blindly. And we need a minimum of 6 six month support for bug fixing and server maintenance. If we need any new feature we will pay additionally based on the task.
