Build me apps for file, photo, video sharing

Need file, photo etc sharing apps through Any USB storage device must be connected via any USB enabled device like TV, computer. This apps using as a personal cloud storage. Access through any device s. Easily store personal data. Need small utility. For storage (hosting)side , need to create login account (enable any mail id like gmail, Yahoo), need security for device and encryption key for client side. For other end , where access own storage device, need one more client utility. It can access personal storage device with login id and for first time access, need to put one security key in client apps.
