App Android ( Telegram auto Sender message user)

I need to develop an Android application that meets the requirements below. you need to have control for another platform as well. there are 2 screens 1 admin and another Client. 1-Send messages to the telegram users, with a quantity controlled by the customer, alternating in other accounts registered by the customer and continuing from the point that stopped at the previous one to the next registered account and continuing to send. 2- add members in groups and channels created by the client with buttons for the client to choose the desired option. 3- extract all members of a specific group and save it in a file, so that the customer can use the contacts in this file to send messages. 4 - being able to register several different accounts of the telegram and switch between accounts automatically. 5 - I need the Android application to have the program that will be installed on the customer's cell phone, and the program that will be attached to our server to see the customers that we release after they have made the payment, will simply be 2 screens (one for the customer and another for our company to control the application).
