Android addon for google sheet.

We keep track of measurements for cabinet installation on a google sheet using an android tablet. The person on the field sometimes encounters anomalies and we want to document them using a photo. We have the system working the way we want it using google apps scripts on the spreadsheet, but those scripts don't work on an android tablet. We need a small app that will serve as an addon to the spreadsheet. The interface will prompt for a photo from the device and a note from the user. Once the user submits, the addon should interface with the google apps script that is already functional. The apps script takes the photo and note and creates a new record in a separate "data" sheet. The record includes the user email, a link to the photo on the google drive, the note and the cell that is selected when the user uploads the photo. The data sheet is used as a database for viewing the main spreadsheet and seeing the attached photos. This should be a very small and quick project.
