I am looking to add the following weather indices to my website using the weather data that I already have: Grilling Asthma Allergies Migraine Running Fishing Hiking I have zero clue how to calculate these nor what is considered a good parameter for these indices. I am seeking someone who could provide me with guidance about a 10 point scale for each weather indice. I would need three parameters for each: Bad Conditions Moderate Conditions Good Conditions No programming is needed for this project. I have all the weather data anybody could ever need and am able to code the information into my api to build the indice forecasts. I just need the parameters for each. I don't necessarily need an algorithm for each but that would be great. I can build the algorithm based on your information that's provided. This is less programming and more of a research job. I need the information and I will do the coding and everything. Forecasts will be provided to the entire United States and Worldwide. All information about API files and access can be provided so you can see what I have available.
