emotional intelligence algorithm

i want to create an algorithm regarding emotional intelligence. ( emotional intelligence is what defines our personality, our character, our ethics and our emotions ) then mix it with artificial intelligence , big data and with a demographics matrix to create a revolutionary algorithm which aim would be to connect people in a very profound level, find your best friend, your best associate in a project or connect groups of individuals like poets or artists or businessmen

p.s. i am searching mostly for a partnership

i dont have funds to pay a lot of money

therefore if someone believes in my idea.. we could work together sign a business contract and after he/ she gets paid from the first revenues
