2D Animator Who uses After effects

Hi, we are looking for someone to make animated videos. My video is for catered to anyone trying to get into the workforce. That can be adolescents, young adults, or older adults. We want a friendly and safe learning environment, that is easy to understand. The visual part is where you come in. I have about 15 lessons left that I now that I need animated that are on this deadline. We need this work done efficiently with timely communication as we are on a tight timeline. They must all be completed AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE (they were originally due by august 1st!!), final copy with revisions and all. The first draft of the entire lesson must be done with a couple of days for revision. AS IN TWO DAYS. The proposed budget is $20 per lesson. There is room for growth at our company for you to grow as we grow. As the work continues and project continues, the work may become more complicated or increased, and things may differ at that point in time. There are many lessons (100+) that I need to make after this milestone, but I am only keeping a selective few. This is a BIG project. We are looking for an animator who is fast and efficient at what they do. We are also looking for regular and effective communication. You need to be creative, be able to meet strict deadlines and follow feedback. You are expected to find assets and vectors and animate what is being said to help explain the point. Are you able to lip sync well and use ai files? You are to use Character Animator for the teacher file, and then After Effects for the rest. Or if you can do it all well on Ae, that is acceptable. Some things could be recycled from video to video and have reused animations to make things easier as you go along. I can send you a portion of one of the lessons I have previously made. Can you tell me if you can do this? Looking forward to your response Important note - I want proper lip syncing not just lip movements. Regards
