Build Microsoft Active Directory and Teams Integration

We have a webapp with chatbot integrations - we currently have Slack set up, but need help integrating with enterprise Microsoft environments. In particular we need to be able to authenticate with active directory, and send messages on Teams to users in the company. This project is to set up our Azure environment to support this, and also set up a testing environment that we can use to test against.
