Collaterial Check Cashing...Marketable Secuirty Loan Finalizaiton..Maybe Help Going Public???

Hey; I am in the process of trying to cash my collateral...And want to write checks from my PPM and Form-D EDGAR fillings. I need help with writing the cheques (checks) and the correct manner to do so, that I would be able to use the equity from the EDGAR fillings as cash, or a similar "Capital" situation... I would pay you, once you assist me to write the check(s) to a manner to cash. the Form-D and 1099's in a LIFO and/or FIFO manner... Please e-mail me, for some stocks are 506(b) and.I can't mass publicize the trades, to get the PPM, but you may view them on [login to view URL] - Kristofor David Raudabaugh... I would need help with Antidote and Post-dated checks, how they work and if I can write them just based on Regulation D, 506 4(a) trades..And how?... I am SOX'd and they are based on DOE and Insurance(s)... I have a Business Plan, Goodwill Figured, and an executive summary, and have employees two others, many more want, and need the money to help with salaries, or at least assist them, for I Reg. D'd them for payment of services.."RUF" case. I would like to stay Private and not have to CUSIP/NYSE, etc. and if so, use the Form-D EDGAR to pay for such. If Post-dated/Antidoted checks would work to pay for such..Could you assist in this...I'm in the process...Again it is just the check thing...Most of the S1 etc. I have filed...to turn in.
