I need a real estate classified website to be designed very similar to the following link... [login to view URL];classid=95 It would not be a fully fledged Classified site, it will only have the property rentals sections. It would offer free Line Adverts, and promotional/featured ads, which will range from Bold ads, Display Ad, Banner Ads, Category/Area Headers etc. (Similar to auction website advertising, eg. [login to view URL]) Please go to these sites, and place adverts yourself to see the complete process. You will notice that you don't have to register to place an ad, you just fill in a form with your email address and contact details which is stored on a data base. There is also email verification to avoid spam. other examples of sites which work on the same concept is: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Once forms are filled in and email is verified, ads must be place on the site automatically.
