Covert to image from data within XML

Need to take an XML file which has an embedded image within it, pull the image out and write it to a file. The image is located under the xml tag
This can be a WIN form application that takes a selected xml file and pulls out the image and writes to a file.
Need this to be completed as a Visual Studio 2010 project in VB.Net.
