Create a VB.net v2.0 project under VS2005 which will allow a user to edit an xml ini file. ([login to view URL] attached as an example) The look and feel will be similar to the regedit program under windows. with a tree control on the left. users will be able to add new sections and values to the XML and implement rules on what those values may contain. I am also XML certified - my bid estimate for completion time factors in user testing. I have no problem constructing the schema file to easily validate the final user changes.
