Convert game from AS2 to AS3

I have a game that I developed one year ago in AS2 and I want it to convert it into AS3. I will do it by myself, however I am out time. I will provide the fla, the xml and other neccesary files. The service provider choosen should consider the following: 1 - The current code is in the timeline. It can be recoded in the same timeline or in separated classes (as). It's up to you. 2 - Some code written in AS2 can not be translated or used as is. For example, attachmovie is not allowed in AS3, so you might find a different solution in some cases. 3 - If the code can be improved that is a plus.
