We need a programmer that can convert a MKV (video player) file to Flash. Any sort of popular standard flash file, like FlowPlayer, flv, etc. We need this done by early next week. Very simple project. Must understand clearly how to transcode MKV to Flash. Requirements: 1.) Must speak English fluently. There can no language barriers. 2.) Must be available to discuss project via Skype or phone if necessary
