Adobe Captivate Developer

I will be creating some courses, I will need you as the Adobe captivate developer to consult on the features and functions i can put into the course. For now I will need consulting on what features and functions I can make in the course, the next step is the develop the course based on mock up designs and layouts. The current course material is alot of reading and comprehension, so we are looking to make it interactive graphically as well as activity wise for the end users. SCORM compliance is big, I want to be able to take results from within the course such as short quizzes / test and transfer that to the LMS we choose to work with. For now we just need to make sure we capture that data. Let me know your hourly rate for developing and consulting.
