Delphi / XML / SQL Coder

I wrote several delphi command-line utilities and DLLs and they are working great. however, as I got involved in other projects I find myself with no time to implement new features and/or fix bugs. I need someone who can sort of "take over" and work with my code on an long-term basis. There's many new features that need to be added ASAP. The command-line is a converter that will GREP a folder structure to find image files and generate xml files for an online store. The code will also query an SQL database with the product details. There's lots of things going on, in terms of filtering, grouping, and generating lots of individual xml files to serve as the data cache for the online store. If things go well, in terms of you understanding the code and been able to make changes, quickly and correctly, I will extend the workload by assigning management of the DLLs as well. I would like you to bid for a 20-hours trial period, and we'll take it from there, out of which 4 hours will be assigned to transferring the DPR code, VCL Libraries, SQL DBs, & folder structure to development environment, 4 hours to studying the code and the rest to programming. I use Delphi 6 for development since I got used to it. If you don't have this version, we'll have to figure something out. I have Delphi 2010 but need to make sure I can get a hold of all the VCL libraries been used.
