Hi, Im looking for an experienced WP developer to help me with this project, please read all points and visit the site. Make sure you are 100% confident you can do the requested changes as required, and in the timescale and budged of your offer. If you don't understand anything, ask before bidding!
Changes to [login to view URL] (a daily deals wp site that features a new website every 24h and offer free signup to registered members)
1) Add a website icon showing the letters “Up” from the logo to show the search engine taps (at the moment the tap shows an empty box) and change the title of the site above the search bar (at the moment it says Test Site)
2) After signing for the Startup of the Day in the Home Page, Users must be redirected to the website advertised as Startup of the Day (this must be easily change from WP Admin for every new post and have a duration of 24h) - at the moment this gives an error that needs fixing [login to view URL]
3) After pressing Read More that pages must show a button (similar to the Read More) next to the share buttons saying - Visit the Site - and have the a link to that website. This link must be different to the one used during 24h while its advertised as Startup of the Day. This means that Admin needs to add two links for every new Startup post, 1) for the Startup Offer Page that last 24h and 2) for the Startup Home Page that will stay there after the initial 24h period ends.
4) Move all posts position up, closer to the menu bar
5) The side widget “Archive” must be changed to show links to the last 5 startups with links to them. And also add the same widget to the Blog section to show the last 5 posts.
6) The social buttons in the startups and posts must link to allow share by users. Admin needs to easily setup for every post the message to share.
7) Create a RSS feed for the new startups and add it to the RSS button in the home page
8) Add a promo banner (I will provide it) to the side bar in the Startup page and Blog page
9) Change the Startup of the Day blue banner in Home page for a new one (I will provide it)
10) Move the comments section bellow the posts to the right so its in line with the post above, also add a Captcha and set it up so all users posts must be approved by Admin before they go live
11) The site must end up looking perfect in all screen sizes and mobile devices
