The project is divided into two websites, both of which use the same database to access and store data. First website: - Motor vehicle parts website - - like a classifieds for vehicle parts Parts dealers list their products - they sign up Vistors search for parts - they do NOT sign up # of Pages - 11 Second website: - Uses parts price in the first website for analysis Premium Users sign up Premium Users pay to use - - initially (first 3 months) they do NOT use online payment Premium Users submit request for quote (RFQ) to several service providers; view list of submitted RFQs; view ranking of quotes by price; submit quote; view quote with price comparison against lowest, mean and highest price. system analyses quotations to provide comparison of quoted price against prices in the parts database, analysis of variance between quoted price and lowest, average and highest price in database, and ranking of quotes (top ten lowest quotes) to Premium Users Service provider view jobs; submit quotes to Premium Users # of Pages - 17 Internal Pages - for internal use by my team and myself for admin etc. Below I capture what I want to achieve Customer Service Representative (CSR) views and responds to issue raise by customers Web admin veiws and responds to website issues raise by website users, and other web admin functions CSR Manager audits/monitors work of CSR, captures payments made by users at the office or via bank transfer Website owner audits/monitors work of Web admin and CSR Manager, views financials # of Pages - Depends on developer Special Notes Web admin must not be able to lock out the Website owner Premium service is available only to paid up users Premium pricing based on fixed monthly fee for a quota + pay-as-you-go when the user exceeds quota, $100 per month for up to 100 items plus $1.50 per item beyond the first 100 items User can pay for 1 months, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or 2 years Payments are prepaid Responsive website would be great but not top priority
