Convert Microsoft Word to PDF Protected Forms

Hey there fellow Canadian. Did most of what you want in about 30 seconds... could send you the file if you really want, no biggie, but it's not 100% what you want yet. Actually I'm not even sure if it's possible to 'manually add extra rows into each table." PDFs are kinda like final copies and they're not meant to be edited afterwards. So if there's too much writing in a particular field, it will 'go off the page', let's call it. If someone can do that, hey, great, but I don't think it's possible. Otherwise, I've pretty much got what you want... I just need the details on what you mean by protecting the PDF. Do you want to restrict editing? Do you want to encrypt it with a certificate?
