Android App Creation

We are looking for an android application to be created that involves some of the following things. It will have an interface, and we expect to place it on the market. Depending on app performance and interest, we expect to cut developer in on proceeds in addition to bid amount, and long term contract. Basics of this application: 1) End User must be able to save, delete, edit and name "profiles", involving volume settings, notification settings, media settings, etc. 2) Current Time and Alarm integration will be needed. 3) Application will need to recognize what time it is, and what to do at a scheduled time Not a very complicated application, more details will be provided with questions.
