I have built a fairly complex Excel file with the use of VBA programming. I have also adjusted the Excel ribbon to contain button that trigger the VBA procedures.
Need a way to open this Excel file up on a iPad/Mac and instructions on how to do it. I am entirely open to ways to make this happen, but a few suggestions include:
• To virtualise a full Windows OS inside of an iPad/Mac OS and to have Office Professional (or whatever full version of Excel) installed on that Windows OS (as the Excel file behaves as it should on a Surface tab, which has a full Windows OS and Office Professional installed.
• To dual boot an iPad/Mac with Windows
• To write a iPad app to allow the Excel spreadsheet to run normally.
Please note that the spreadsheet cannot be changed as it runs fine on Windows. It will have to be the iPad/Mac environment that changes to suit the spreadsheet as users may use both Windows and iPad/Mac platforms interchangeably.
If you think the concept is do-able, then I am open to sending you to file to test. This project is to supply written/video/screenshot instructions on what I would have to do to make the stated task possible. It applies to both iPad’s and Mac computers.
