Acct Management software

Combine attached access dbs to create an order entry system /customer management system and backend accounting system My company purchases items online for users that cant buy online We have 3 bank accts- Operating Acct- This acct is associated with the online purchases via a credit card Deposit Acct- This is the acct clients deposit funds into Commission Acct- This is the acct where our markup and profits are deposited We markup purchases online on either a flat fee + % depending on the item being purchased Eg If client wants us to purchase something off ebay for $100.00 we can charge 10% plus Flat fee of $5. Item cost will be $100, Total cash to receive from client will be $100+10+5=$115, commission should be $15.00 (10% + $5.00) Client would deposit Total funds in the Deposit Acct or Clerk. We would proceed to purchase using acct Operating Acct funds and transfer commission for service to Commision acct. At the end of the week reconcile accts by wiring funds from Deposit acct to Operating Acct We need Account management system to a) Enter New and existing customers, b) Manage client requests – Customer relationship management system c) Allow Clerks to enter orders d) Create invoices, email invoices to clients etc e) Generate reports- Sales reports etc f) Allow management to Balance the Accts – Note each acct will have a starting balance so we can ensure that at any given time the application can tell what the balance is on either acct. We should be able to enter entries that a related to the day to day running of our business eg Rent, wages etc. Files to use for project can be found at [login to view URL] contact manangement db issues db order management db [login to view URL] accounts ledger db all the above dbs need to be combined into 1 application ro provide the above specs. Award will be based on price and sample of combined dbs.
