Bluetooth app for windows/mac and mobile phones

Need a multi-platform (windows, mac, mobile) application that reads simple data from multiple bluetooth devices and transfers the data to a database via web services. The database already exists and the web services will be provided. The application will run in the background waiting for data from the Bluetooth devices. Once data is transmitted from the devices via Bluetooth, the app will send the data to the SQL database via the web services.
