1. There needs to be a either an interface that looks like Active directory or an adaptation of AD itself. The user should be presented with the same interface the he is used to:
2. The purpose of the project is to add formatting, look-up and/or validation to fields so that data integrity is maintained.
3. The AD is used as many as 300 people. Therefore these changes will have to be implemented across the wide area network without the necessity to visit each location.
4. Any changes made must fall within Microsoft best practice requirement.
5. There are two specific fields that need changing now.
Office and
email address.
Other fields may also need changing later.
6. The Office field will need to have a list box with the valid options. The field must be mandatory. The list box must editable.
7. The email address will need validation. They use Lotus Notes. Only valid and existing email address can be entered. This requires checking for the email address in Lotus Notes
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
