Create a Mobile version of a Php based website

Hello, I don't have much to say, but I'm looking for a web developer with vast experience in PHP, CakePHP, MYSQL, Javascript and mobile content delivery. What I need is to create a simple but nice looking mobile version of this website: http://www.1960sportsbook.com. This gaming site was built using CakePHP. Before you bid, I will like you to visit the site and come up with a design or layout that you think works fine. The mobile version should not contain everything on the website, only important stuffs. I will be putting this into consideration in choosing the right person. Also, new workers should not shy away from bidding, provided you can prove you know what you are doing.
