Create Screencasting Program using- Adobe AIR /Lamp/Ajax

Screenflow is a screencasting program for computers running Mac OS X leopard. It is a versatile program that is ideal for people who want to combine screencasting with webcam recordings. It supports both internal and external hardware ( microphones/webcams ) and has an editing system that is easy to use. You can download the demo version of the program at the following link. [login to view URL] I would like the software designed to have as much similarity to screenflow as possible. I have found a website that uses hacks and AJAX to create a web based screencasting program, so I know it is possible to do something similar using Adobe AIR. [login to view URL] The one drawback of the screencast-o-matic service is that it cannot record games that use Open GL or software using Active X. I am assuming that since Adobe AIR applications have to be installed like normal desktop applications, there is a solution to this problem. If possible, I would like the project developed using LAMP, the MVC framework, and AJAX. If it is not technically possible to develop an AIR application that is this robust, then I would like to have two desktop applications developed instead (one for windows and one for mac). I know that there are several open source programs that you can use as a base if you choose to give me a quote for two desktop applications. Please specify if you are Creating an AIR application or desktop applications for both Mac OS X and Windows.
