AWS CloudFront Distribution to Designated IP Address - repost

I need to be able to distribute content from CloudFront, or something like it, to users from designated IP Addresses. I don't know if this is even possible but I found this on AWS Blog, [url removed, login to view], that seems to suggest it is possible. I want to be able to have a website that users can access based off of their IP Address rather than a password. I would like it if you could just show me this model is possible with a test and then move forward from there. Let me know if you are interested and I look forward to working together.
